Audi Canada has come up with an unexpected surprise in the Royal Bank Plaza, Toronto. Within a container was built a giant racetrack with small Audi replicas that could be controlled via iPad. It was not only the technical marvel of miniature cameras, the scenarios or 3D printing of each car that impressed me. What really caught my attention was the story behind the construction of the racetrack. “Painting Coconuts” is a short film showing behind the scenes of the project. Really worth seeing.

Originalmente, o design foi criado para um trabalho interno do Instituto do Ambiente, no qual frases com mensagens ecológicas eram impressas em toalhetes de mesa. A família estava incompleta e agora foi acabada num ficheiro vectorial. A letra serve principalmente para títulos, logos e frases curtas. “Afgan” type design.
Now available for download the vector file of my type design “Afgan”. Originally, this type design was created for an internal work of the Institute of the Environment, in Portugal, in which sentences with ecological messages were printed on table cloths. The type family was incomplete and was now finished in a .ai vector file. “Afgan” type was originally designed for headings, logos and short phrases. The composition must be done in manual mode because there is no installable typeface file. There is also a pdf with examples of applications. Share and disseminate at will.
